March 15th, 2008The sites below all follow under the common umbrella of creativity and business:
1) 12 Ways to Tap into an Endless Well of Creativity - fantastic article on how to re-inspire yourself as an artist when you feel creatively tapped out.
2) Being a Dream Freelancer - once again, another insightful article from Cedric on how to succeed as a freelancer. A lot of common sense in these tips, but I’m continually surprised by how few freelance illustrators follow them…
3) MIT Professor Teaches Physics His Way - who says teaching Physics has to be dry and boring? Professor Walter Lewin makes physics exciting with live demonstrations that bring new light to the formulas and equations that are normally part and parcel of a typical physics course. Favorite quote: “It took me a decade to come to the realization,” says Lewin at his MIT office, “that really what counts is not what you cover, but what counts is what you uncover.” Best yet, his lectures are available via MIT’s OpenCourseware site.
